Drawing from a background in business operations, real estate investments, and corporate framework and workflow strategies, Tome brings sharp commercial acumen and a hands-on leadership style to every Hexxa project. From initial enquiry to final handover, he ensures each job is delivered on time, on budget, and with total transparency.
Tome is deeply committed to building long-term relationships with clients, trades, and industry partners. His ability to structure efficient workflows, coordinate multi-trade teams, and manage project complexity has positioned Hexxa as a trusted operator in office fit-outs, make-goods, insurance repairs, and commercial construction.
When he’s not leading projects, Tome is outdoors with his family – coaching basketball, hiking mountains, riding bikes, or enjoying a round of golf.
